Skylar sat on a small patch of grass in a small park of Hyo, letting out a quiet yawn. The day wasn't too bad, his Cacnea was... still new to him, and he was still sleeping on a hotel bed but it wasn't all too bad right? Looking at his Cacnea, who sat in vigilance next to him, he felt tears prick at his eyes. Right. Blinking them away, he looked back to his phone, arm wrapped around an egg that felt... much too natural to him to hold, he had his phone in his other hand, scrolling through it. Doing anything to catch up on recent events. Everything had been so jarring. Waking up, recovering, barely remembering most of the recovery itself- Skylar gave the leg that was probably the worst of the two a glance. Fully functional, aside from some stiffness and popping, but he did remember it being propped up and casted much worse than the other. Dusty seemed to notice his trainer's distress and let out a soft rattling noise. "Sorry Dusty, just over thinking... I guess. Wanna feel the egg?" He asked the Cacnea, offering the egg awkwardly with a gentle tilt.
