[NELL STARK]

FRIENDS.

nell is... a difficult person to get along with. she's hot-tempered and stuck in her ways, and she hates both the resistance and plasma, so being involved with either of those (moreso plasma than the resistance, right now) is automatically going to make her predisposed towards disliking your character. it's a long and painful process to getting her to open up to you and be friendly with you, so if you want nell to be companionable with your character, be prepared for a difficult road. once she does become friends with someone, she's typically a companion for life.... unless they betray her somehow.

ENEMIES.

this is much easier to accomplish! if you're needlessly cruel to innocents, or if you're heavily involved with plasma or the resistance and support EVERYTHING they do despite knowing the atrocities they've committed, you're automatically enemies with nell! she would sell your soul to satan for one corn chip! she's also capable of more light-hearted rivalries with people who annoy her or who she otherwise could never get along with.

LOVERS.

nell is gay and is only really interested in women, or nonbinary femme people. she's also just not particularly interested in romance, at all. if you thought becoming her friend was hard, this path is gonna be even harder, likely twice as hard. i'm not looking to ship with her right now, but if something develops, i probably won't say no. prerequisites being that they have to be at least 24 years of age, and not DRASTICALLY older than her. she's a fully developed Adult Woman, but i have to say anyone in their mid to late forties is beyond my comfort zone.

OTHER.

i would be open to the idea of someone apping her younger siblings using either 2B or 9S as a face claim! she's very, very different with her family, so it'd be fun to be able to portray that side of her.

honestly the way i see this going is a very silly image of nell picking julian up by the throat with one hand and him making a cartoon squeaky toy noise when she squeezes him. she is a scary lady. we love that for her!

but on a serious note, nell is fairly likely to talk down to and be condescending to julian once she learns he's working for plasma. she doesn't go apeshit right away, typically, because for all her rage, she was once in the exact same position, where she thought she could make a change. she now knows she's wrong, and she'll see julian in a very similar position, and advise him to get out while he still can... while also being a huge jerk about it, because that's just the way she is. i can definitely see it ending in an altercation if julian gets too defensive, though chances are rather than it being a pokemon battle, she'll probably just smack him around enough personally to try and scare him away. the fact that this could happen outside or even in a pharmacy just makes it all the more ironic.

i'd also be down for having her arm be made by his father's company. it might even be a model he recognizes, depending on how knowledgeable he is about that stuff? she had to pay a pretty penny to have it made (she's likely even still in debt), so it'd make sense if it came from overseas.

i think the idea where he's picking up a prescription for his pokemon could work! maybe she's first in line, and they strike up a conversation while she's waiting for her own prescription, and then when she steps to the side he goes up and that happens and she realizes that he's a plasma agent. she'd also, notably, not dig at his masculinity, but she might unintentionally trigger something because she'd call him "kid", which she... tends to do to a lot of people she perceives as being younger than her, whether in actual age or just in naivety. but he wouldn't know that about her, so it could easily put him on edge.

so, given that she's likely to be in line in front of him, would you like me to write the starter? we can figure out where exactly it goes in discord. if you're good with that, just go ahead and give this post a like to let me know!
