You can post as many ideas as you like, but please keep it to one post per character. If you want to use a character listed here, please post here stating whose idea it is and which character it is. She could be either Plasma or just a well-connected Neutral who just looks out for herself depending on what you prefer.

He knew Riley's past lover and probably feels some guilt about the outcome, but mostly views this as a way to get Riley on his side of the world. He is very loyal to the Resistance and could easily be an Admin or higher figure among them.
