Or Pokevice for short, is a multi-faceted piece of technology with multiple uses for both civilians and trainers. Most civilians have a version of one, though it hardly has the features of its completely and utterly illegal counterpart. Upgrading, however, is quite easy to do and most trainers have found a way to modify their pokevices one way or another. Your pokevice starts off with three different apps built into it: The IM system, the pc port and the radio. These apps each have a different effect that you can implement in your roleplay. The IM System allows you to talk to your fellow trainers. Doing this is simple, all you have to do is post your im in the target-member’s thread. Be sure to link to your thread so the trainer can reply back. For now, IMs can be sent regardless of what the member has tagged their thread but if someone does not wish to reply, they do not have to. Trading can also be done through the IM system through the same method as above. Furthermore, this will allow your superiors to contact and assign you missions that can be completed for loyalty points. The PC Port is how you access your pc in thread. However, because of all the anti-plasma, anti-resistance hacks and firewalls it takes a while, approximately one ic hour, to complete a transaction so don’t think you can use it efficiently and easily in battles. Anrui transactions are exactly the same as pokemon-game pc transactions meaning you can deposit pokemon, withdraw pokemon, switch pokemon and update pokemon in one go. The radio has three significant stations, AC104, PC008 and Hijack. These stations will inform you of any significant or semi-significant events happening in the world around you. AC104 is anrui’s national news channel. It has some decent things to say however its full of propaganda. PC008 is the official plasma channel and only those with plasma badges can effectively hear it. Hijack, conversely is the resistance news system and only available to that specific team. There are multiple other apps of various uses however they can only be obtained through upgrades at Gidgette's Pawn Shop |
