Honeycomb [attr=class,apptrait]THE HUNGRY POKEMON [attr=class,apppadding] [attr=class,apptitle]APPEARANCE POKEMON, touko, [i]isabelle honeycomb[/i] Izzy is, thanks to her obsession with food (and recent ability to afford it) a little bit overweight. Luckily the lifestyle of a trainer is active enough to keep it from becoming a real problem, but it's not unnoticeable. She's slightly taller than average and her face is round, most likely because of the excess weight (and probably a little bit in the way of genetics). Izzy's eyes are a dark blue, framed by long, dark eyelashes. Across her left eye is a rather distinctive scar, which won't help her hide now that Plasma's offering a bounty for her head. Her nose is round and petite.... or perhaps her mouth is disproportionately big, she's really not sure. The admin prefers wearing dark jackets, often with one of the unofficial resistance logos sewn on. You could hardly say she likes subtlety. Under this she'll wear a white, completely blank shirt. Blue jeans are her favourite pants, at least at the moment. This outfit is fine for winter, but she's starting to realise it's just a little bit too hot for summer. In addition, she wears a hat (with a pink pokeball logo) and a pokeball belt. Her hair is wild and dirty, pulled up into a ponytail to stop it from getting in her eyes. She's often covered in dirt, though her hygiene has improved significantly since she started out. Still hates wearing shoes. [attr=class,apptitle]PERSONALITY In recent days it seems Izzy has calmed down a little bit. Sure, she's still prone to yelling and (very bad) insults, but she can contain it just a little bit more now. It's still recommended that you don't try to provoke her, because she does own a very large Pokemon that knows headbash. There is also a slight possibility that she hides her emotions with anger at certain times. Izzy follows through with a lot of her impulses, no matter how stupid they seem. If there's even the slightest possibility of winning a battle she's likely to take a bet, even if she is unlikely to honour her side of the bargain. Any rumours you may of heard of Izzy being rude are, most likely, true. It's not so much that she means to be, it's just that she doesn't realise she's saying something wrong. How could she guess that mentioning a woman's wrinkles was rude? That's a ridiculous thing to be offended by, and she honestly can't understand it. There's a certain measure of unpredictability to her. Some things that, by all means, should come across as an insult will be hilarious jokes to her. On the other hand, things that should be funny can make her angry. It's probably best to tread with caution either way. Her fears don't seem to mesh well together; she's afraid of being the best, but she's afraid of being the worst too. Instead of any meaningful attempts at managing it she just... regulates her strength a little bit. Makes sure she's not doing too well. Izzy also feels weird wearing shoes, which is easily remedied by not wearing any shoes at all. When she's embarrassed she can not hide her blush at all, which she certainly defines as one of her biggest weaknesses, right behind being unable to clap in time. Her Pokemon are both friends and tools to her, depending on the situation. Izzy will eat just about anything, provided it's easy to get to. She's not afraid of a little petty theft, or even more serious crimes. She will defend the bombing of Jaspers Hospital to the death. [attr=class,apptitle]HISTORY Izzy was born in Cerulean City, a day after her best friend, Luke. The two grew up like twins, and were always disrupting class/gym battles/everything. They both dreamed of becoming Pokemon trainers, and at the time it was realistic. Izzy's parent's relationship disintegrated. They were constantly fighting and, eventually, Izzy's mother called it quits. She took Izzy to Anrui, sure that her father (a Pokemon trainer) wouldn't dare go there. She was right. Izzy quietly gave up her dream of becoming a Pokemon trainer. Years later, Luke's family moved to Anrui. At first they avoided each other, but soon their friendship rekindled. Luke wasn't going to let the laws of the land keep him from becoming a trainer, and Izzy wasn't going to let him get the better of her. They started their journey as friendly rivals, wanting to outdo each other. Luke left Anrui. Izzy stayed. She hasn't spoken to either of her parents in years. [attr=class,apptitle]MISC.
