[atrb=border,0,true]![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Rigby Rocco Male▪ 18▪ Straight ▪ Resistance appearance 5'3"▪ 115 pounds One reason that Rigby might be attracted to fire pokemon is because of his hair. Yes, he is a typical ginger, orange hair and all. What facial hair he does have is light and scarce. His hair falls into straight layers, but never touches his shoulders, while the tips of his bangs fall right above his brown eyes. Everything else on his face is somewhat skinny, from his nose to his lips to his slightly pointy chin. Rigby is not overly athletic, and has a rather skinny body to show it. At about 5’4”, he weighs in at about 115 pounds. This lack of physical activity leads to a general lack of permanent scars; however he does have a blob-shaped birthmark in the center of his back. Because of his family’s general lack of money, there’s nothing special to Rigby’s clothing, and most of it is old hand-me-downs that his father had left. His father was apparently a good bit larger than Rigby, causing his clothes to envelope the boy’s frame. Generally his outfits include white or black button down shirts or t-shirts, a black belt, various lengths of jeans, and black sneakers. In the colder months he is known to wear multiple layers of plain shirts, vests, hoodies, and/or jackets, while in the summer months he is occasionally found wearing nothing but a pair of jean shorts. He does, however, have one special black t-shirt that his grandma had given him as a birthday present that had a red fire emblem printed on the front. personality Rigby is often described as a “fiery” individual. Overall, he is a nice guy, but if he’s had enough, he’ll let you know. It is rare that Rigby will pick a fight with a complete stranger, but his grandpa’s constant criticisms created in him a very defensive state of mind. He is always ready for a battle, even when his team isn’t, and he often uses them to settle arguments. This fiery personality is often hidden, however, behind a shy exterior. His grandpa’s criticisms, along with being secluded from other children throughout the years, made him awkward around strangers. He is the kind of guy that doesn’t talk much at first, but when he does, you’ll want to listen. This seclusion also made him rather claustrophobic. So heads up. His grandma was an important influence on him as a child, and he often thinks back on her wisdom to help him in tough situations. She always told him to have big hopes and dreams filled with smaller goals, and to never give up achieving those goals. She was also a lover of fire pokemon, and passed on the gene through his mother to him. history Viridian City ▪ Margret (deceased) and Timothy ▪ Samantha (deceased) Before Rigby was born, his family (that is his Mom, Dad, Grandma, and Grandpa) was together and happy. When they found out that his Mom was expecting, their happiness and closeness increased. When they found out that Mom was expecting twins, it was icing on the cake. For a while, they thought it'd be two boys; Mom always liked the name Rigby for a boy, and Dad supposedly liked Samuel. Turns out, Samuel would really be a Samantha. Unfortunately, Rigby was the only one that made it out of the ER alive out of the three of them. At a young age, Grandpa told Rigby that his father blamed him for his mom's and Sam's death, which was why his father left them after Rigby was born. Grandma, however, always told him that he hadn’t left because he was mad; he left because he was scared of life without Mom, so he needed to get away from anything that reminded him of her, including Rigby. Whenever Grandpa would put him down (which he often did), Grandma would tell Rigby to be strong. She always believed that he could make something of himself. When she died, however, Rigby could not handle staying with his Grandpa, who’s only reason for talking to him was to criticize him. He had been homeschooled his entire life for financial reasons, and thus was very limited in friends. For these reasons, he decided to set out on a journey. A few years ago, they had gotten in touch with one of Rigby’s father’s closer friends. They managed to weedle it out of him that his father was currently living somewhere in the Anrui Region. This would be where Rigby would go when he would leave his Grandpa. The friend warned them, however, that if they were to go there, they should bring protection; Plasma had made the region a dangerous place. Despite his dislike for his Grandpa, Rigby decided to leave his own pokemon (whom he had trained with his Grandma in the backyard as a sort of hobby) back at home in order to protect him, as his pokemon were all very elderly, and begin a brand new adventure in Anrui. puppeteer Jello ▪ Female ▪ Neopets/Other sites/Fanfics Preview from a Teen Titans roleplaying site, where I puppet Beast Boy. A mess of things were occupying Beast Boy's mind as he flew over to the scene. "Where's Terra why can't we find her why don't they care what is attacking the city could it be her could it be her losing control is she losing control again is slade really back is he using her why doesn't why DIDN'T she come to us for help she's slaughtering the city why can't she accept who she is--" He barely heard what Raven had said to him, but followed her, veering left. It was as if some sort of foggy screen was wrapped around his head. His sensitive ears could hear the screams coming from the city, but they were muffled. He heard Robin's voice from the communicator followed by Raven's reply, but he didn't know what they had said. He looked at her when she addressed him directly, but with unfocused eyes. This all changed when the helicopter fell out of the sky. Suddenly, the bloodcurdling screams became mentally deafening, and his eyes were able to focus on the scene that lay ahead of them. His keen eyes saw the bodies, saw the blood, saw the helicopter as it pulled multiple stories down with it's momentum. He stopped beside Raven, and without taking his eyes off of the scene, said to her "Dude. I think this is going to be much more than we imagined." Once again without waiting for a reply, Beast Boy pushed himself forward with his wings, ready to face what waited for them. |
