GYM THREE - RUI

The third gym is hidden on the outskirts of Ansen Valley, located in an old power plant that used to send energy to Katsu Town. However, outdated and without use, the power plant fell into a state of abandonment. Despiet this, it still produces small amounts of electricity and Rui has taken it over; building a basement with live, sparking wires overhead and specially designed ports to keep his gym "buzzing".

DANCE PARTY

A new club has opened up, no ID required. The dubstep is loud and the drinks are spiked. There are rumours about it going around - everything from it being a secret resistance meeting place to it being a plasma owned battling ring - but it seems like everyone inside just wants to have fun dancing.

ANSEN VALLEY
Ansen Valley is famous for it's technology. Come gambling in a casino, shop in one of the many malls, or even visit the...redder districts in the city of lights. As a result, the city is a rather shady place, and the alleyways are dangerous, filled with roughnecks and hookers. Keep your valuables close by. Alternatively, you could just forego the temptation to gamble and go straight to the gym. The gym leader seems awfully suspicious, though.
